The Gemstones for November are topaz, citrine and chrysoprase.
Topaz is an Ayurvedic birthstone. It is said to promote creativity and is used to activate the first three chakras. It also enhances relaxation and feelings of peacefulness. The yellow topaz is excellent for activating and stimulating the crown chakra.
Citrine is a modern November birthstone. This stone is said to be useful for balancing the masculine and feminine energies and for aligning the chakras. It is a great stone for clearing the aura and is also excellent for activating and opening the navel and solar plexus chakras.
Chrysoprase is an ancient Roman November birthstone. It is an excellent stone for opening and activating the heart chakra and is used to encourage acceptance of others and self. This is a stone that facilitates deep meditation, compassion and love.

“The Labyrinth is an archetype, a symbol found in ancient cultures in various forms around the world. By walking the labyrinth, we are discovering a long forgotten mystical tradition.
I find that walking a labyrinth relaxes and grounds me in a very deep, profound way. The journey towards the center is all about letting go, so when we arrive there, we can listen with an open heart and bring love back into the world.
As we walk the meandering yet purposeful path through the labyrinth, it becomes a metaphor for our journey through life with all it’s turns and twists.
